Sarah has been in the health and fitness industry for over 10 years. Her expertise spans across nutrition and fitness with certifications in special populations, pre- and post-natal corrective exercise, nutrition coaching, and group training. Her career started as a Nutrition Coach at the University of Maryland Health Center, but has since expanded as a personal trainer, a corrective exercise specialist, a lifestyle coach, and a biohacker. Sarah specializes in female nutrition and training through the lifecycle (adolescent and younger adult, pre- and post-natal, perimenopausal and menopausal, and older adults), but enjoys working with people from all walks of life who are looking to learn about how they can optimize their health to achieve both short term goals and long term longevity.
Sarah grew up in Baltimore, MD and now lives in Dallas with her partner Harrison and her French Bulldog, Tater. In her free time she enjoys singing in the Dallas Symphony Chorus, maintaining an active lifestyle of lifting weights and running, and traveling to visit friends and family. She seeks to live out her life’s purpose to guide people to a happy and healthy life through joy, faith, personal development, and self actualization.
Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Maryland and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Her motto is "everything can be modified" and she believes that no matter your health or circumstance, exercise and enhanced nutrition practices can be part of your daily life. Sarah encourages her patients by reminding them what they are capable of and that the key to health is finding joy in the process.
